CREATIVITY SALON

Our CREATIVE THINKING AGENTS routinely sharpen their skills through rigorous exercises at our creativity salons.  Every other month we gather to romp through games and ideation sessions, encouraging lateral leaping as we play our way into these cerebral landscapes.  Occasionally we come up with ideas and build concepts for community-based and non-profit groups who need a blast of fresh thought, while at the same time honing our skills.  New recruits work out with us and get comfortable with our style, working with veteran idea-finders who coach and coax them along the way.  Clients and facilitators are always welcome at our salons to observe and participate.  Feel free to join us; just give us a holler in advance.

 

2007 Chicago Innovation Awards

250 innovative products and services, developed in the Chicago area, were nominated for a 2007 Chicago Innovation Award. Thoughtly Crew is honored to be one of the nominees. Ten nominees will be selected for an Innovation Award, profiled in the Chicago Sun-Times, and feted at an awards ceremony Oct. 22, 2007 at the Goodman Theatre. CPSI

What a perfect match!  Thoughtly Crew teamed up with Catalyst Ranch to transform your basic rectangular-box institutional space into a wondrous palace of creativity in 2006 at the Creative Problem Solving Institute’s first foray into Chicago at Loyola University.  Conference attendees were enchanted by our space as they juiced up their endorphin level by playing the brain-teasing life-sized board game created by Thoughtly Crew especially for CPSI.  We challenged everyone to fall deep into their right brains and decompress from CPSI’s rigorous schedule, as they matched wits with our CREATIVE THINKING AGENTS.  Surrounded by Catalyst Ranch’s singular style of comfort and whimsy, the space functioned as a lounge and welcome retreat.  From what we hear, it was the talk of CPSI.
